The staff was friendly and helpful, the room was clean and nice with a great view, the location was just in the middle of everything and right a cross the river. There was free coffee on the second floor, and purified water in the hall. "

"If there was anyway to rate this hotel with a 100 stars I would. There is nothing to complain about at all, the check-in was super easy even though I arrived kindda late, and the room I got 1208 was a gem in itself. It was a little isolated from the rest, which was amazing, and I had the most beautiful view of N. Michigan Avenue from both the window in the room itself, and the bathroom. The reception staff was all amazing, and they went out of their way to help you out with any question you...
