Glass on the floor sheets dirty toilet was dirty fireplace was not working when they fixed it and I had it on for about 45 min it stayed hot after 4 hours still on this was for my girlfriend birthday was beyond disappointing I let the office know while im explaing to the woman the issues the guy who works there cut me off to ask what I did to the lights they were dimmed I told him the guy who came to fix the fireplace showed me how to do it and he was rude saying I domt kmow what you did but the light switch doesnt work . Im here in the office letting them know about safety issues and hes bringing up the light switch being dimmed maybe if they checked the rooms before having customers pay and stay he would know the fireplace even had to be fixed 20 minutes of me being there when i got ahold.of expedia to let them know they contacted somrone in the office the lady lied to me never noted my account the lied to expedia saying i never came into the office to fomplain when i have the proof on my dash camera of me walking in you can even see me showing them my phone om thier end they have cameras as well of me showing the m the glass dirty sheets its crazy that a plsce will go that far to cover their own bs just be honest cause if you go on the camera system on jan 26 2026 at 11:12 am can see im showing them how the toom was but keep up the unprofessionel business will contact the BBB next 👍
