"Room was bigger than pictures showed, nice size. Bed was firmer than average, no box spring. Only stayed 3 nights, bed would have been too firm for me to stay a week. Nice accommodations, would stay again."

"The apartment was very clean and quiet. It's in a good neighborhood convenient to Balboa Park BART station, a Whole Foods, and a Safeway. At most times it was about a 15 minute Uber ride or 30+ minute BART ride from downtown San Francisco. The only thing we would have appreciated is some other way to make coffee than a Keurig machine; we made do, but a cheap French press or pour-over drip would have been nice. Thanks for the great stay."

"Place was awesome! The room was clean and suited our needs perfectly. The whole hotel was beautiful and the staff was very nice and responsive! Fantastic location, tons of great restaurants and things to do immediately next to the hotel. Parking was a bit of a challenge, but that's really not something the hotel can control. "
