"Serene, quiet space with more than enough room for two people. The location relative to downtown Julian is perfect during the busy season, as you can avoid majority of the traffic that occurs near Julian Orchard Ranch and still access downtown Julian within minutes. Would absolutely stay here again. "

"Our family of 5 had the best time here! Kim’s home really made us feel welcome and comfortable. The beds were very comfortable, minimal noise from neighbors. We even got to enjoy the hot tub one evening once the kids went to bed. We have 3 littles, and the amenities for them really made this an incredible place to stay! From the kitchen items, to a pack and play to fun toys, everything we needed was there! Not to mention beach items. We had an incredible time and will definitely be back soon!...
