"Excellent communications before we arrived. We were a family of 5, nice small touches; fresh fruit, milk, coffee etc. Rooms were clean, tidy and modern. Parking also a bonus. Really recommend."

"This was our first trip to the UK and first Premier Inn experience. The room was perfectly fine and the free parking and location was perfect to visit Ormskirk and Southport. The free internet was adequate for using maps and googling information for the trip. Did not have to pay for an Internet upgrade "

"Rooms are very clean,modern,smartly furnished and a decent size. Bar and dining areas have a good atmosphere. Breakfast was freshly made to order and of good quality. All staff were welcoming and helpful. Limited parking available-can park on road outside at less busy times for a payment. Hotel rates represent good value. Would recommend and stay again. "

"We didn't stay at the hotel for a number of reasons. Firstly, the surrounding area was deprived with half the buildings either boarded up or in disrepair. Secondly, having a 'seaview' and being a 'boutique' hotel is debatable, but definitely not from the outward appearance of the property. It was scruffy and needed maintenance to the paintwork and front door. Thirdly, to be made to stand outside ringing a bell for 30 minutes is unacceptable and shows poor customer service. "Plenty of parking, separate hotel entrance. Easy check in , informative. Clean room, bar staff slightly noisy and unprofessional, breakfast good with a mix of cold and hot breakfast."
