"We enjoyed our stay at the Waterside Hotel. Parking in the basement was easy with lifts to all floors. The room was good, spacious, clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful. My only grumbles would be that it was difficult getting into the bath tub to have a shower and there was no fridge in the room."

"Fabulous property with very helpful staff. Ran the local Parkrun and missed breakfast time but was made some fantastic bacon sandwiches when we both returned to the guest house. Staff was very accommodating which made the visit very enjoyable."

Couldnt use two of the pillows as they smelt mouldy and were dirty cases Our room (101) came with two keys, one for room and one for front door which was explained, however our door couldnt lock. "Apartment was lovely, first night was not good as the toilet was banging all night so didn’t sleep much which was hard for me as I came away for a quiet weekend as just gone through cancer treatment, everything in the apartment was very clean, "
