"Only stayed for one night for a last minute weekend away, didn't need or expect much, usually stay in branded hotels but they get boring so went for something different. This studio was lovely. We had 2 double rooms and both were upgraded to deluxe at check in.
The staff work really hard and are very friendly.

"Comfortable spacious spotlessly clean. Lovely lady welcomed us. Tea milk and coffee provided. Can’t fault it. Parking on site(tho we did park at car park end of road £11.50 for 24 hours) Just ten mins walk into town. "

"We had a wonderful stay. Staff were very welcoming and helpful. Offered local knowledge of the area and made us feel at ease with the parking and our dogs staying over.
Restaurant also very nice. Great views of the football pitch and even Blackpool tower just above the stadium. Breakfast came highly recommended and didnt disappoint. Great location for a dog friendly stay with a park nearby that includes a secure section to allow the dogs off lead for 10 minutes.

Its conveniently located 50 yards from the nearest tram stop which is a 15 minute ride to the Tower, or a 45 minute stroll along the promenade. All I would say is that the bed could do with an extra couple of pillows "
