This place is unremarkable, pictures on the site are unrepresentative and service is horrible. 1) service: This hotel is in the gold hotel.com rewards program. As gold members we should therefore be offered both a free drink and a complimentary upgrade if available. On this particular day the hotel was mostly empty. Upon check-in the person at the front desk entirely refused to provide either rewards although acknowledging that it was clearly stated...

"The room is clean and comfortable. The location is great, love the easy access to Starbucks and Chick Fil A for quick bites and coffee right downstairs. Logging into free wifi a little tricky but quickly resolved."

"Of course staff was courteous. Arrived on Sunday night around 8:30 pm and fridge was not cooling. Called front desk and they immediately got maintenance up there and he had to replace it with another. Very efficient indeed. No complaints whatsoever! "
