"When we first entered the property it was nice and cool. The layout of the house is nice and I love the esthetics. I love the fact that the cabinets are labeled with what's inside them without checking each cabinet!! The beds are comfortable and the couch was comfy to sit and watch tv and eat a snack. If your going to American Dream water park/mall its a 30 min drive (or less) depending on your driving. I would recommend staying here, clean,resonable pricing and Mr. Emanual was a great host. "Loved staying here. If you need a place to simply sleep in a comfy bed & get ready to go out for the day, this place is for you. The apartment is exactly how the pictures look. Big parking lot behind the house. The location was a quick drive to the towns we wanted to go visit. Host was super nice and communicative. Overall, we are soooo satisfied! "I was so impressed with the view. The condo had everything we needed. The host was very helpful and easy to get in touch with. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a lovely place to stay in NYC with some space! There were 4 of us and it as great!!. "

"My stay was fine, just little things like the old floor noise and if you want to cook for the family, you don’t have cooking pans. I end up buying my own cooking pan. The owner never answered me when I asked. I didn't ask again. The area is quiet and close to convenient stores. "

"Our stay was peaceful, exciting and relaxing.The house is very spacious, has everything you need and in a tranquil neighborhood.The host was very cordial & responsive as well."

"Our family of 6 stayed here to check out NYC and some area colleges. Our children are as tall as adults and everyone was comfortable with plenty of space. The property is convenient to the HBLR light rail and buses. It was great to have a safe, convenient and free place to park our minivan. The house was super clean and well stocked. The hosts were communicative, friendly and helpful with local knowledge and tips. Highly recommend!"

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We did have a few hiccups but these were resolved by the property manager. We had a nice time in NYC while there for our daughter's graduation. We love the neighborhood, restaurants, pubs, grocery stores were super easy to walk to along with close proximity to transit. The house was super roomy and allowed everyone to have their own space. I would definitely book this place again!"

"Selve hotellet service var i top og alle meget venlige. Men hotellets restaurant var ikke særlig serviceminded vi spiste juleaften buffet her fik vi afvise det var 2 t og 30 min man spiste. Men tjeneren sagde til os efter 1 time at vi kun havde 15 min igen. What vi gav 70 dollars pr mand også bliver man smidt væk. Mega dårligt at man ikke engang kunne nå at spise og drikke færdig. Og kunne ikke få et glas vin skulle købe en hel flaske. Virkelig en dårlig oplevelse. Da vi klagede til manageren blev vi lovet noget til morgenmaden som kompension, der var intet ved morgenmaden. Det var bare glemt. Så dårlig oplevelse af flere omgange. Men resten af personalet på hotellet var søde og hjælpsomme. "

"Hotel has a great location just 1 min from TS. Quiet in the evenings. But room was so cold as the windows did not have isolation. Breakfast was a joke. To sit you need to pay 6,5$ plus tax plus tip. Even though breakfast was incl. best choose was Carve breakfast to go. Staff not very informative. Storage of luggage 1$ per item same day pick up. Room was nice and clean every day and bed was nice. "
