"There was a brief and quickly solved issue with getting into our room, but the host was kind and responded immediately. I hesitate to even mention that it occurred since it was solved easily, but want to note that he was great. The room was perfect for our trip to see Broadway shows! The penthouse was quiet and better the night we had no neighbors. A beautiful old hotel updated with a cozy bed and clean newer bathroom. "

"This room was listed accurately and has amazing aesthetics. The host was super communicative and attentive and did his best to help me navigate the sidewalk improvements that were being made on the day of my arrival. My one suggestion would be to provide a kureg or similar basic coffee set up in the room for guests. It was my first time to visit Yonkers and there wasn’t a lot of coffee shops there. Thanks for delivering a quality experience, I would stay here again."

"Everything you need is provided and cannot find fault. Bus stop, 112, at end of road to Port Authority and North Elizabeth train station less than a 10 minute walk takes you to Penn Station. There is a supermarket next to the station. However, there are 31 steps up to the apartment and the stairs are steep and narrow. Also, if you are a light sleeper take ear plugs as the planes start overhead at 4.30am and the traffic at about the same time. "

"The home was very close to a variety of restaurants and some shops! We were able to walk to nearby shops for breakfast and dinner. The hosts were very friendly and kind and the home was beautiful! "This was the the perfect spot for us to stay the night before our cruise. It was a great location near restaurants, Walgreens and a liquor store for the wine to take on our cruise. "Beautifully located - super close to a major train station with direct connections into Manhattan. The house itself was filled with so much character! You could tell the host put in a lot of thought and effort into the home. Nice bedroom size and kitchen size too. Ashley was also super kind and accommodating of our late check out and for us to leave our bags at the rental earlier than check-in time. Cute outside area too. Communication was quick and easy as well - she even dropped off some toys...
