We were here May 2024, food was amazing, many dining options, staff are friendly and helpful. Facilty is fantastic good entertainment except for insect bites from small needle like insect at the beach. All in all I highly recommend! Plan to comeback next year!

I’ve been to Punta Cana many times, our family visits at least twice a year. This by far has been one of the worst experiences in all my visits! The ac in my room barely worked I called daily no one ever came to fix it! You must make a reservation to all restaurants except for the buffet. The staff was very rude and I’m FLUENT in Spanish, so there was no language barrier. The pics on website are completely deceiving! This place is extremely outdated! I spoke to different families daily whom were all disappointed! I also saw a family from the UK asking for an additional bed for their baby who was listed on the reservation but the hotel refused to accommodate and yelled at her stating you don’t have to stay here you can leave if you don’t like our resort ! Our Room was not properly cleaned either! I can go on and on and I have pics! I simply just want to save anyone the hassle book at your risk! This resort is no where near 4 ⭐️ I’d say 2 at the very least!

The resort was very nice, no ac in the lobby area so prepare for heat. Front desk and concierge never picks up the phone! However the staff is overall friendly, helpful and always around the property. Bowls are needed for soups and cereal!! Also flys will be on the food— indoor and outdoor dining which is expected but at first it was gross. They will try to offer you a specialty dinner or breakfast but a 90 presentation is involved where they try to get you to buy a timeshare so skip the offer if you don’t want to sit / drive through 90 minutes of a sales rep talking your head off. Walk with your own conditioner for your hair they only provide shampoo. A lot of the staff speak no English at all and we’re not able to answer our questions. Overall nice experience! Beach was clean / blue water. Pools were clean. Also do no book excursions on the property or you will pay triple the amount. Book excursions through Expedia - pick up is by the coffee shop.

Water park was ok everything was an upcharge minimum lunch menu for room service food not good everywhere . Flies all over the food. Floors at pool buffet felt like your walking on slime. Not many workers understood or spoke English. Front desk unprofessional . Horrible experience

The property, pool, spa and beach were beautiful. However the food, service and drinks were so inconsistently bad that I cannot recommend this place or would ever revisit it. Check in was so unorganized it took 5 hours to book a room. We couldn’t reserve dinner for the night without a room number and by the time we got one reservations were closed. The Mediterranean was so terrible we walked out and went to the buffet. Raw lamb and uncooked rice and over cooked shrimp. Drinks were so badly made that there was no consistency between bars or bartenders. The Japanese restaurant though slightly redeemed them in the food department. We asked for towels as we didn’t want the room cleaned we ended up calling 3 times before we walked around and found a cleaning cart and helped ourselves a few hours after waiting. I’ve stayed at the Cancun resort which is why I chose this one but it doesn’t even come close in comparison.

I love the staff , they was very helpful especially when my luggage was left behind. Greatness very generous and helpful .

El Hotel estuvo Genial. Pero, hay q caminar mucho, si tienes personas q se le dificulta caminar, es lejos. No hay carritos de transporte. Demasaidas personas hablando de su vida personal mientras uno espera por servicio. En la noche no encontre un bar en el area de la piscina, todos en el loby. Las piscinas cierran muy temprano, a las 6. Y en mi opinion, su vamos a RD quiero ver si su cultura, no shows americanizados. El cuarto estaba limpio y espacioso, pero los cojines decorativos, asquerosos y llenos de manchas. Vine a vacacionar, no a pasar trabajo. Los demas bien!

Such a beautiful resort!! The restaurants were amazing and all of the staff were soo cheerful and fun!! I can’t wait to go back!!!

Wonderful resort from the first day to our last. The dining options for a la carte were fantastic and way better than expected. All of the staff were amazing, friendly happy cheerful and always smiling. They do a great job. The entertainment was great we watched two shows and so glad we did, overall we would be back again in the future.

La propiedad en general muy buena para familia. Recomendación Caritos para transporte ya que el hotel es muy grande y solo hay disponible para los servicios VIP que no lo especifican a la hora de comprar los boletos de viaje. Las comidas muy buenas aunque deberían colocar mangu en los desayunos ya que de una estancia de 5 días únicamente uno. Las bebidas regulares ya que las internacionales son para uso VIP también. Pero en general bueno. L chica de limpieza del bloque 4301,4316,4314 excelente excelente lamento no acordarme de su nombre pero fue excepcional.
