We loved our stay at this hotel. Our Majordomo Breilin was very polite and attentive. We enjoyed the food and the different activities they had throughout the day.

We had an amazing stay at this property, we booked three rooms for 6 nights and our stay couldn’t have been better. Javier our concierge was the best, he helped with everything from dinner reservations, to setting up one of the rooms for a birthday and then helped with making the whole stay amazing. He went above and beyond to show us what true customer service is, will definitely be recommending this property to others.

I went on a vacation with my daughter. We booked for 5 days. I want to say that the staff was very professional. The food was TERRIBLE. They served the same food everyday. The only thing they would do is add a different ingredient so it can seem different, but it's not. If you don't eat beef nor pork. Then this is not the resort for you. PORK AND BEEF IS BIG HERE! The drinks are TERRIBLE. They DO NOT HAVE TOP SHELF LIQUOR AT ALL, so please don't go there expecting to much. The pools close at 6 pm. The hibachi restaurant is not good at all ( Spice). The cook was not engaging at all to his customers. He was rushing. The resort is big for nothing. You have to walk every where. They don't have a lot of parties for the guests. They don't have thatany activities for adults. I don't drink from their cups because i killed a roach ( I have pictures) which was crawling from the mini bar at the buffet area.

My experience was pleasantly enhanced by the fact that I had my personal concierge Javier Valdez who not only performed his job duties but went above & beyond to make sure my every need was met from helping me make arrangements to extend my stay to scheduling appointments, so i highly recommend this property & especially the staff & excellent services they provided

Stayed at Dreams Onyx 5/16-5/19 with my husband and one and half year old. Had a junior swim up suite which had a separate sitting area where we put the pack and play and then put our own curtain up to make a bedroom area for baby. Room was clean and plenty of space for all of our stuff. The pool right outside of our room was perfect for nap time and when he went to bed early. We would hang out outside and would get drinks brought to us. Having the private pool was great for having a young child. Food was good for all inclusive our favorite was the steak house. We had no problems getting a spot at the beach and baby had plenty of room to play with all his beach toys. Overall a beautiful resort and a relaxing vacation.

Beautiful resort and great food! All the staff are very nice and helpful. Breilin was the best Private concierge! He booked our restaurant reservations , transportation, and excursions. We did not have to stress about booking activities outside the resort. Ask for Breilin for your Private concierge!!!

I booked this stay to celebrate my boyfriend’s birthday , we did the upgrade to the preferred club which included a butler , our butlers name was Javier . Javier was absolutely great , he checked up on us frequently and made sure we always had something to do . He was very attentive, and nothing short of amazing . However , this is not an adults only resort . You need to upgrade to have access to the resort next door which is adults only . The room was great and the service we received from everyone was excellent.

We love dreams, Onyx Punta, Cana. We’ve been four times now and without mentioning that they upgraded us to premiere and made us feel like family coming home. We get this from up room for our two kids and have a wonderful time as a family. We can walk, barefoot from our room to the beach and enjoy friendly faces along the way, the staff is excellent from Javier, Peter, cinnamon, cappuccino, Vladimir, Simon, and all the entertainment staff so much fun and helpful always we look forward to our next trip already! When we go we stay for 9 days and it feels like home away from home. We celebrate birthdays, Mother’s Day the spa is amazing.

The property was beautiful and the staff was incredible and super friendly. Expedia had provided us with our own concierge and Javier was amazing! He helped us with dinner reservations, transportation and just checking in on us to make sure we were having a great time and if we needed anything. This was my first trip to Punta Cana and I will definitely be back !

This birthday trip was amazing. From our concierge Javier, making our trip a memorable one with the decorations in our room and reservations to Spice restaurant. Javier was most definitely there to answer all of our questions regarding excursions and different activities that took place at the resort... The staff never came to clean my room, change linen, add toiletries, update room bar. All food except Japanese steakhouse was horrible. VIP was awesome and I totally recommend. Outside staff was friendly and helpful.

The property and overall stay was great. Clean and plenty on the property to keep you busy pools, dinning and of course the beach. Staff was friendly and helpful, even the guy that almost had us signed up for a time share type experience (we realized what it was and didn’t do it. The cons of the property were the beds weren’t as comfortable as we’d like, the vendors on the beach were aggressive and didn’t tell you until after they would put a bird on you that it was 40 dollars for the picture they just took on your phone. Overall good experience though, very nice for a family if you are going that route.

Well first we found roches in the room secound i was calling the javier he was in charge and he had a attitude and said that I shouldn’t talk avout it because he was givng me something for free the ac didnt work towels smell bad supervisor was bad too since i had a upgrade. They kept saying it was something for free when really it wasnt well it was the worst two days of my life

Javier was my host he was incredible from the start. As soon as I arrived, I was greeted and assisted with my luggage and he accompanied me to find my room. He briefly explained all the details about the Hotel. He also asked what was the special occasion. It was my Birthday Celebration. Throughout my stay I was well informed daily. He was attentive and played a huge role in making my birthday special. On my birthday, I came to my room and was welcomed with a Birthday sign, balloons and a treat. Any questions I had about any needs he accommodated my stay. I was so grateful and blessed to have him as a host. His professionalism, attentiveness and willingness is honorable! Go Javier!!

Beautiful property, excellent options for everything. The employees are friendly and helpful and always there to help. The food is delicious and I love that they are so many different options available to choose from, Whether it’s breakfast, lunch or dinner , you have your choice . My concierge Javier is wonderful.. he helped me from the beginning to the end of my stay. Anything I wanted and he was just a phone call or text away. Thank you, Javier. Thank you very much for your hospitality.. I went for my birthday trip, and he made sure my birthday was one for the books.. I will always remember this trip.

The front desk staff was rude after we told her we was not interested in the timeshare presentation. We needed 2 reservations merged so that we would not have to change rooms and she did not assist with that. We had to go back to the front office the following day and someone else assisted us. Property was really clean. The ladies in the ice cream shop were really nice. The DJs at Dreams and Breathless left a lot to be desired at the pools, club, and the main stage. The best food was at the steakhouse.

This has been my favorite resort so far. The staff here are amazing and Javier was very helpful and an excellent communicator with daily updates on activities at the resort. We had access to both Dreams Onyx and the Breathless resort so food options were almost unlimited. This resort has the been food so far and I’ve been to 7 resorts I the past years. The only downside for me is the doors don’t have a top security lock - so housekeeping can key in whenever whether you use the top lock or not
