"Clean room, stunning views, courteous staff. The only downside is that the private mini pool on the roof takes forever to fill and the water is not hot, but it’s not a hot tub so it’s ok. Yoga in the morning with Maria was awesome! Will be coming back for sure"

"El lugar es bonito con cabañitas amplias y comodas . Para mi gusto faltaria un calentador de agua y quizas una cafetera para no tener que molestar en recepcion. Los alrededores son tranquilos teniendo en cuenta que el hotel esta en la zona hotelera de Tulum, lo cual significa que en menos de cinco minutos te encuentras en plena zona de restaurantes, bares y clubs. Un plus es el cenote desde donde puedes tomar el sol y bañarte tranquilamente."

"The hotel is really cute and clean and the staff are super friendly and helpful! Had to book last minute because the hotel I originally booked was terrible they were there to check me in at 8pm less than an hour after I booked and it was an incredibly easy check in. They have a hotel dog that is incredibly sweet and loves attention but will leave you alone if you don’t. "

"Beautiful newly renovated place right at the beach. Situated on the nicer part of Tulum beach. Extremely nice and helpful staff. Only negative experience was the fact that our room (with a view to the sea which we paid extra for) got filled with smoke from the restaurants' stone oven in the evening leaving all out clothes smelling."

"Absolute heaven on earth! Chabely and Snow did everything possible to accommodate us; from organising airport transfers, a cenote tour, private chef, scooter and ATV hire, restaurant bookings and looking after us beyond check out time. "Property was very beautiful. Cribs were provided for my toddler and infant. We were warned that we were next to a club, but we and the kids didn't really mind the background beats. Gabriel was very helpful with all our things for all of our outings (...you can imagine with two young kids, the amount of gear we travel with.) Two dogs on the premises were very calm and gentle, and my toddler loved seeing them around."

"The staff are really nice and accommodating . Especially Theresa . She’s sweet and anticipates our needs. The place has no amenities but you have access to Ahau which is the sister hotel . But I like the atmosphere here in Ganesh - the location is perfect, if you don’t want the hustle and bustle of typical resort this is a good place for you .
