Modern, comfortable and spacious apartment with measurements of (70 m2/ 780 sqft) with rooftop and swimming pool.

The apartment is located in a local area on one of the most important commercial avenues in Playa del Carmen. Here you can live a more local stay but with the tourist area a few minutes' walk away. Around the building you can find all the necessary services, such as; small restaurants with traditional food, bakeries, fruit shops, supermarkets and pharmacies.
The space
The apartment is one of the most spacious and comfortable, the kitchenette has a long bar that offers enough space to cook, in addition to having most of the necessary kitchen utensils.

We know that rest is one of the key aspects of a stay and that Playa Del Carmen is generally a somewhat noisy place at night, usually due to the party atmosphere.

In the local area in which the apartment is located, it is generally much quieter and is free of loud noises coming from loud music from bars and clubs until long hours at night compared to the tourist area.

Our guests are generally very quiet, as the apartment is not located in the area where people looking to visit Playa del Carmen to go to party, are looking to stay.

Other details we provide to improve your rest during your stay are as follows;

1. The bed is a queen size bed, with a smart foam mattress that will ensure an extraordinary rest.

2. The room is on the opposite side of the avenue, which greatly reduces noise.

On our rooftop you can enjoy your day sunbathing on a lounger, cool off in the pool or enjoy an afternoon working outdoors or having a glass of wine enjoying the sunset.
