The living room has an open space plan with the fully equipped kitchen and an amazing balcony with street view.

Guest Access:
As our guest you will have access to the entire townhouse as well as the building's common areas amenities.

The Neighborhood:
The condominium is located less than 100 meters from the beach and the well-known Mamita's beach club and 150 meters from the famous 5th Avenue. Sensational location in the heart of Playa del Carmen, with quick access to restaurants, clubs and the different points of interest of the city.

Getting Around:
Due to the property's central location, you will be able to move to almost any point of interest walking or by bike, however, if you want, you can request a taxi at the reception of the building or rent a vehicle that you can park in our assigned lot.

Other Things to Note:
In order to keep our prices low, we don't include electric in longterm reservations (28 days or more). For security and compliance with local regulations, a valid photo ID will be required from the primary guest at the time of pre-registration for the property visit. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

Interaction with Guests:
I give my guests independence, but I am available if they need me.
