This is an airbnb disquised as a hotel. There is no front desk or amenities. There are 4 rooms within a renovated apartment in an old building on the second floor. There are four codes to enter before you can get into your room. The directions were not clear but we managed to figure them out. There is a small one person elevator with one suitcase. The hallways are dark because the lights on each floor are motion activated. We often arrived to a completely dark hallway which was only activated when we reached the 2nd floor using our phone lights. The room was small (as expected for Paris). The room safe did not work properly and it took 12 hours for someone to come and open it for us. The worse thing about our stay was that the key code for our room was deactivated somewhere between 8 am and 10 am on the day we were to leave; it should have been active until at least 11 am. Luckily a nice cleaning lady accepted to let us in and leave to catch our train.
