Main room: A cozy space equipped with a double bed, a double sofa bed, a TV and a small dining table for your convivial moments.

Kitchen: A fully-equipped open kitchen with hob, microwave and Nespresso machine.

Bathroom: Modern with shower, shower gel, shampoo and hairdryer.

Toilet: One toilet is integrated into the bathroom.

Additional amenities: Air conditioning, Wi-Fi included, bed linens and towels provided for each guest.

Additional information: The apartment is located on the 1st floor of a building without elevator.

⚠️ Important information, please read before booking:
* At 20 m² (215 sq ft), the studio is ideal for two. With three or four guests, two sleep on the double sofa bed in the main room, space becomes very tight and there is little storage for everyone's belongings.
* The bathroom is very small and the shower is narrow. Tall or broad-built guests may find it hard to shower.
We wanted to be fully transparent with you, so that your stay truly matches your expectations.

On the plus side, you will be in the 2nd arrondissement, 150 m from Sentier metro station, in an air-conditioned studio set in a quiet passage.

The apartment is entirely at your disposal, you have access to the whole apartment.

Arrival is autonomous thanks to a 24/7 arrival guide.

However, if you arrive after 11 p.m., it is crucial that you read and carefully follow the self-guided arrival guide provided. This will ensure trouble-free access to the property and avoid any inconvenience during check-in. Please note that after 11pm, we will not be able to respond to your requests or assist you if necessary. We cannot be held responsible for any misunderstanding on the part of the guide.
