Welcome to my apartment! My historic and bright 2 bedroom / 1 bathroom flat, located at the heart of Paris city center, perfect for those traveling with children or friends. The neighborhood is safe and family-friendly with plenty to do on your doorstep. The apartment is located in the 7th district, the heart of the French capital!

Spacious and central, this apartment will be the ideal holiday resort for your family holidays in Paris.

The Space:
Welcome to this 68m2 historic and bright apartment next to the emblematic centre of Paris, an ideal spot for art and culture lovers, containing some of the most emblematic monuments and museums of the city.

This apartment features a bright and comfy living area with its own dinning table and opened to a well-equipped kitchen. The rooms have been thoughtfully designed with colorful touches, also have great views over the interior garden the apartment is accessed thought.

The apartment has a capacity for up to 6 people distributed in 2 bedrooms:

- Bedroom 1: 1 Double bed + double sofa bed
- Bedroom 2: 1 Double bed

Some special features:

- The apartment is accessed via a very nice and quiet interior garden and located on a second floor, no elevator.
- Cozy living room with an open layout to a well equipped kitchen
- Fans provided in every bedroom and closet space for unpacking, feel right at home!
- Both bedrooms overlook the interior garden, very quiet and private, ideal for a good night sleep!
- Laptop friendly workspace by the living room, plenty of natural light, ideal for working remotely!
- 1 full bathroom (shower and toilet on two different chambers)

The Neighborhood:
Located in the historic district of Saint Germain des Prés, in the 6th arrondissement, this 3-room apartment immerses you in the rich cultural heritage of Paris. Once home to the city's most famous artists, the area is known for its rich art galleries and museums. Admire the impressive sculptures of the Bourdelle Museum (9 min walk) and the Rodin Museum (15 min), then soak up the sun in the Luxembourg Gardens (18 min). History buffs will enjoy the Army Museum (15 min).

Getting Around:
Very close to three Metro stations: Duroc (150m), Vanuea (210m), and Falguière (450m). Gare Montparnasse is 1km away.

Other Things to Note:
*** TOURIST TAX & HOME ADDRESS ***

- The Paris administration charges a small fee to every guest staying in a tourism accommodation. The introduction of a tourist tax makes it possible to avoid having to bear the costs linked to tourist activity in the area solely on the local taxpayer. Thus, revenue from the tourist tax is entirely allocated to the development of tourism infrastructure and the promotion of the territory. The promotion of Parisian tourism is therefore directly financed by the tourist tax, paid by tourists, and not by local tax.

- This contribution is mandatory for all adult guests and is calculated based on a percentage basis according to the number of nights and night rates of your reservation. The maximum amount per person / per night is 15.60 EUR. You can check all the information at Taxe de séjour PARIS.

- National and International police demand that each guest, would send information of their IDs or passports. This is mandatory and all legal touristic establishments are required to do so.

- This apartment uses a self-checkin system via the Chekin platform that will allow you to register all guests on the reservation and pay the mandatory tourist taxes before your arrival.

Check-in time is at 17:00 hrs
Check-out is at 11:00 am (non-agreed late check-outs will incur on a 100€ charge per hour late)

*** HOUSE RULES ***

1. Parties, drugs, loud noise or any kind of disturbance towards the neighbors are completely forbidden, with a penalty of possible eviction and a deposit seizure up to 600€.
2. Please observe quiet time between 10pm - 9am.
3. Respect your neighbors and be respectful in common areas (hallways, entrance, elevator, stairs).
4. Loss of keys will have a 100€ charge per key lost.
5. No smoking on interior areas.
6. If the garbage bin is full, please take it outside and find the closest dumpster.
7. Guests take full responsibility for any accidents, injuries or illnesses that occur while on the premises or its facilities.
8. Please leave the apartment in a respectable condition.

Not following those rules will incur on a monetary sanction and the full responsibility of any fines from the local administration or authorities.
