Heat issue

Maybe this happened because the first real cold night of the year, with snow was the day before we showed up, but the heat systems were not working when we checked in and they could not get somebody there until the next day to get the heat working. The blankets on the bed were very good and the bed was comfortable so we made it through but the interior of the apartment was just very very cold. Once fixed it was all good. The apartment is very choppy and there are only two toilets both towards the front of the apartment The apartment has little to no closet space and anything above four or five people will be very tight. We had four so we were fine. The couches should be replaced.

A great landing spot for tired tourists

The property was as advertised. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen and laundry functional. We never were able to turn on the oven but did use the burners. The location was very good with lots of food options nearby and is close to the metro. There was very little storage in the bedrooms however which made unpacking impossible, especially in the primary bedroom. We travelled with our kids and our elderly moms and the 1 floor apartment with small elevator was very helpful for the grandmas.

A lovely stay in Paris

We loved staying at this great location in Paris. A quick walk to restaurants and the Champs-Elysees. It was easy to get a ride to other parts of the city such as the Eiffel Tower. The shower was great, the beds comfy, and the living room big enough for games. Maybe add water and snacks, but otherwise, it was wonderful. Thanks!

Very convenient location

Small apartment but very convenient to Champs de elysee and Arc de Triomphe. We walked within 10 min to shopping. Grocery store almost directly across the street. I highly recommend it if you are wanting to see Paris and not stay inside. We enjoyed the sites and found the convenience very helpful.

Great visit to Paris

We (Parents with three teenagers) had a wonderful time staying in the apartment. The apartment is well represented by the photos but it is worth repeating that for American's the apartment has 1 full bathroom, one half bathroom, and one shower & sink (but no toilet) bathroom. That was really the biggest surprise for us. Everything else was as expected, access to the apartment was very easy, and the support and responsiveness of the Host was amazing.

A few days fun .

A lovely few days revisiting our regular haunts whether shopping or dining. Our family was unable to join us in the end so we had plenty of room. The apartment is lovely and worked well although a little more compact than we had anticipated but served us well. The 'office' was particularly helpful with a side issue that we had.

Top Notch

We loved our stay. Beautifully appointed. Perfect location for five (ages 10 to 70) for access to all of the sights of Paris. We enjoyed coming back at the end of a long day to hang out in our luxurious apartment. Excellent communications with property manager leading up to our stay which was reassuring.

Beautiful property in a very central location

I enjoyed my stay at the property. I feel as though the description of the property was very accurate. The reason for 4/5 stars just had to do with a hidden safety issue. There is a step up from the living room/kitchen to the bathrooms that is not well visible. Several of my guests tripped and fell on this step and could have been seriously injured.

Fabulous location, pristine condo and best concierge

We were so pleased with the management team and will stay in their other properties in the future. All of their locations are five stars!!! We walked everywhere to shop, dine, and enjoy the nightlife! The condo was in pristine location and the check-in process was so easy! We had many questions before and throughout the stay and they were so quick and diligent to reply! This was just the best!!!

Wow! Amazing place

This place is just amazing. From the beautiful decor to the perfect location, this apartment has it all. Having lived in this area in the 90s, I can attest that it does not get any better than this. The place is spacious in terms of French standards. It fit a family of 6 very comfortably. It combines the charm of Parisian history with the modern amenities to make for an enjoyable stay. We were a block away from the Champs Elysees, yet the noise was very low. Several metro locations were very close and ordering an Uber was also very convenient. Just an amazing place!

Beautiful decor, well appointed and convenient location!

My family and friends (a group of 9) stayed at this apartment for four nights and we had such a memorable time here! The photos of the apartment are spot on for what you get. A beautifully furnished apartment that makes you feel like you're staying in someone's 18th century abode, but with all the modern amenities like a nespresso machine for your morning cup of coffee and convenient microwave/oven for cooking meals. The place is centrally located, just a few minutes walk from the Champs Elysees and the subway. A pharmacy is located right at the corner where the attendants were helpful in acquiring a passe sanitaire (digital health pass) for us. We picked up breakfast and sandwiches a few times from Boulangerie Julien, located a few blocks away. The apartment is in a nice and safe building with some rooms overlooking a courtyard and one overlooking the street where you could watch the chefs at the chinese restaurant across the street make noodles from scratch. The check in process was fairly easy with directions given via messages. However, I was surprised to find that they asked for copies of ID's for all the adults a few days before, which I had never been asked of before from other short term rental sites, so I do think that should have been clear in the listing. The other thing is that it says this apartment has 2.5 baths, however the one bathroom with the tub had no toilet, so it was inconvenient for some especially in the middle of the night to go to the other side of the apartment for the toilet. Hence, I think the listing should be for just 2 bathrooms. The small toilet room also didn't have a towel rack which would have been helpful for drying our hands. In spite of all this, the apartment was all we could have asked for!

Great apartment in central location

Very nice, well managed apartment in a central location. Three of the bedrooms are quiet and the fourth on the street side a bit less so. Apartment is well furnished and the management of arrival and departure procedures very good. I will rent again.
