- 2 bedrooms with queen size bed (160cm) and Smart television

- 2 bathrooms with shower and toilet



The cleaning fee includes clean sheets and towels for each guest and the cleaning is done by a professional cleaning agent

This apartment is located in the center of Paris near rue Etienne Marcel very shopping and lively streets



At the foot of the building, rue du Nil, one of the best bakery and pastry shops in Paris "Terroir d'avenir" to taste wonderful pastries and just opposite at PLAQ, homemade hot chocolate. A short walk down rue Montorgueil are cafes, supermarkets and restaurants for all tastes



The apartment is located near the Grands Boulevards



It is 900 meters from the Grevin Museum and 1.6 km from Galeries Lafayette and 1.5 km from Place de l'Opera, 2.5km from La Madeleine Church and La Concorde



You will find the Museum of Arts and Crafts just 450m away.

The apartment is five minutes’ walk from Sentier Metro station, and is accessed through a shopping arcade with several entries, although only one is accessible at night. It was up several flights of stairs with no lift, but we knew that in advance so not a problem. Everything worked apart from the toaster and was clean. The apartment is spacious. The only downside was a strong smell of cigarette smoke in certain areas, which I assume came from a downstairs apartment. I would stay there again but would buy air fresheners!

Very nice apartment. Comfortable and very quiet. Good communication with owner. Amenities, linens, bedding very good. One word of caution - the apartment is in an area that is secured after 7:30 pm, and only one of the 5 entries to the area is available, and it seems to change each night. Check with owner on details.

Take notice that there are no external photos of the apartment or views from the windows. I found it a little daunting that the entrance was located within an almost totally vacant shopping centre. The entrance and the stairwell were also not the most inviting. The views are straight into the windows of some adjacent vacant apartments and the roof of the shopping centre. The location is ok, not too far from the metro, but not the most upmarket area. The main tourist attractions are a good walk away, but doable, otherwise the Metro or an Uber are super convenient. The apartment itself is sufficient, a bit of a tired version of the photos and could do with some tlc but otherwise it’s fine. The beds are comfy, but if you have room in your luggage for a pillow I would take your own. There were four of us and that was plenty. I wouldn’t say it was big enough or equipped enough for 6 people (not enough crockery or glassware). I wouldn’t expect to use it for self catering, there is no oven and the microwave is a small traditional one rather than a combi oven. It’s convenient to make drinks and have breakfast. There is a lovely Boulangerie across the way that was very welcome. The bedrooms are a decent size but there is no storage at all in bed two. The check in/out was really easy and it’s nice that the lettings office is just around the corner so if there was a problem you can actually speak to someone who’s there. Saying that, we didn’t have any problems at all.

Our host has been most helpful before and during our stay. Any questions or issue we may have were addressed right away. The location is perfect, close to the metro stations and local eateries. The bakery across the street has the best pastries. We truly enjoy our stay.

Great central apartment

Be ready for the stairs but if you can handle them this is a great location. AC worked well which was important during a hot week. They are dead on that the boulangerie across the street is amazing! Communication and responsiveness was great. As an example the tea kettle stopped working and within hours they had delivered a new one. Would absolutely go back.

Home base for 7 nights

The property suited us well. The layout of two bedrooms and bathrooms with the kitchen and living area between gave two couples some privacy. Of note is that one of the bedrooms has no closet or even a shelf, so “living out of a suitcase” was necessary. We used the dishes frequently as we elected for take-away a few nights as well as the coffee machine and kettle for drinks. The dishwasher was welcome and did a good job. We did not use the clothes washer. We felt that a few more coffee/tea mugs would have been useful. We enjoyed having so many food options nearby, including two bakeries within two minutes from the door. Metro was convenient as well, three stops on 3 different lines within 5 minutes walk.

Property was a tired version of online pictures but clean. No d/w tablet and a watered down w up liquid and uaed sponge. No hand soap, no chop board. Requested sofa bed be made up 3 x not done until midnight

Paris apartment

Apartment was great for Americans because we like separate bathroom/toilet for each couple. Water pressure great in shower. Kitchen allowed us to eat 2 meals in. A toaster oven would be nice. Concerns:Door handle to clothes washer/dryer has been removed. Repair guy said they have been trying to source it for weeks The office said they haven’t had this complaint before. There was a string to open the door but I did not feel confident I could access my clothes after washing them.EntrywayTiny room with trash cans in it. Stairs to apartment. Very nice with motion-detecting lights all the way up. Not good if you have BIG suitcases unless you bring very strong ppl to carry them up. We were okay with this, but others may not be.

Good place

This place was in a good Location for walking to restaurants and stores. It was a little hard to find but after you know the gates/entrances it was perfect. The place had lots of room for five people. It had everything you need for your stay. The communication between the renter and the company was great. We would recommend this place.

Modern Apartment

We enjoyed our stay at the apartment. It was nicely decorated and well equipped. This was our first trip to Paris and the apartment provided a good launching pad for our activities. There are two metro stations a short distance away (5-10 minutes walking). The communication and check in process was excellent. The apartment is on the fifth floor with no lift so be prepared. This is typical of many buildings in Paris from my research. There is a wonderful bakery across the street. We are a family of 4 with two adult children and the apartment worked out well for us.

Beautiful Apartment in Lovely Neighborhood

This was the perfect spot to stay. It was within walking distance of great restaurants and shopping. The area was quiet in the evenings. The host were responsive and helpful. Highly recommend.

Hidden gem in the heart of Paris

We stayed in a large chain hotel on a previous visit to Paris but wanted the extra space and flexibility on this trip of an apartment with multiple bedrooms and bathrooms. The accommodation was exactly as described, and the staff were very friendly and helpful during our check-in process (after a minor miscommunication leading to a short delay). The location was fantastic, with excellent local amenities - cafes, bakeries, supermarkets, restaurants and a shopping centre - all within short walking distance. The neighbourhood has a pleasant and safe-feeling vibe, day and night. The apartment entrance is inside a shopping arcade, with a gated entrance for additional security at night. We highly recommend the apartment, and would happily stay here again. NB: the apartment is on the 3rd floor, and there is no lift, only stairs Wasn't a problem for us, but worth keeping in mind if any in your party have limited mobility.
