The hotel was fine and met our expectations. However, dealing with a third party on reservations, especially when it came to changes, was frustrating. Since we made two identical room reservations on one actual reservation, when we had to shorten one of the two it became complicated, and the hotel referred us to Expedia since that was the booking intermediary. After many emails and calls to Expedia, I finally decided to deal directly with the hotel sales manager upon arrival. Fortunately, he was helpful and I believe we resolved all cost issues. My suggestion: make one separate reservation for each room you book so there is no difficulty if you need to change things prior to arrival. DO NOT book multiple rooms on one reservation.
