Located on the 5th floor (with lift), it consists of a lovely 27 m² living room, an open-plan fitted kitchen and a shower room. Wi-Fi (fibre optic), sheets and towels included, we are waiting for you!

The accommodation is composed as follows:
- A 27 m² living room with a TV, a double sofa bed and a double bed (140×190)
- An open-plan kitchen equipped with: electric kettle, oven/microwave combination, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- A bathroom with shower and WC

For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron.

Outside:
- A 5 m² loggia, facing south-west, with furniture to enjoy sunny days

The flat is ideally located in Paris, in a very pleasant environment. You will be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.
