As you step inside, you'll be greeted by a gorgeously furnished and bright living space, thanks to the large tall windows that fill the apartment with abundant natural light and warmth. It also includes a comfortable sitting area with a sofa bed where guests can relax after a long day exploring the city and a TV to watch all their favourite shows.

The open-plan kitchen provides a welcoming environment for socializing and enjoying meals together. It includes top-of-the-range appliances, essential cookware, and cutleries to fulfil culinary requirements and make delicious meals.

The bedroom is elegantly decorated, including a queen bed with complimentary hotel-quality linens to ensure a good night's rest.

The bathroom has all the amenities you need to freshen up, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries.

The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

The 2nd arrondissement of Paris is also known as the "arrondissement de la Bourse". Just a few streets away from the luxury boutiques or the magnificent Palais Royal, live a unique Parisian experience.

You are only a few steps away from the Louvre, the Place Vendôme or the Palais des Tuileries and their magnificent gardens, the Conciergerie, the Sainte Chapelle, the Beaubourg Centre, the boutiques of the Halles and the Saint Eustache Church, the Place des Victoires (one of the five royal squares of Paris), the rue Saint Honoré with its designers, the Opera, the Grands Boulevards, the Palais Brongniart or the superb Galerie Vivienne.

The Montorgueil district, with its pedestrian street, bars, restaurants and shops, is a must to enjoy the evenings in the capital.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest metro station, Sentier, is just a 4-minute walk.

Paris-Orly Airport is a 54-minute drive from the property.

Please note that late check-in after 22:00 has a surcharge of €20. Check-in after 00:00 is subject to confirmation.

Kindly note that completing the mandatory requirement of signing the contract before your check-in is necessary.

Renting this apartment requires a lease signature constituting a legal obligation to be made in parallel with the reservation.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee, at minimum.
