Perfect little spot next to the Eifel
The space is small but thoughtfully designed, making it super cozy and comfortable. The location couldn’t be better—just steps from great cafés, bakeries, and everything you’d want to explore. It had everything I needed for my stay, and I loved how charming and quiet it was. Ideal for a solo traveler or a couple looking for a true Parisian experience!

Best of Locations!
This rental had everything needed to enjoy your stay after exploring Paris! The location is perfect for dining for ex. Les Cocottes*, closeness to attractions (Eiffel), shopping, and to transportation. This studio tops my list of where to stay when in Paris. Exactly as pictured.

Perfect for wandering!
The position of the flat is perfect, it’s a 5 minute walk from the Tour Eiffel and then you can just keep on going and reach the heart of the city, either along the Seine or in the inner streets. There’s also a metro station just around the corner of the building.
The flat is small, but with good and warm vibes, perfect for resting at night.
Hope to find it again the next time I’m coming to Paris.

Honestly the flat itself is ok. Clear instructions were given for how to access the flat. The location is perfect with just 3-5 mins walk to the nearest metro station and supermarket. Also with nice restaurants nearby which we enjoyed a lot.
The Eiffel tower is also in walkable distance.
The stove is extremely difficult to use, no instructions are given. I googled it myself and spent hours to figure out how to use it. I do not think they actually expect you to cook cause the tableware is very limited. Be aware if you want to prepare your own meal.
There were some problems with the water supplies , the staff replied me very quickly but didn’t provide me any solutions but I still appreciated their prompt response.
However, it’s ridiculous how fast they took my deposit but it has been almost three weeks(20 days to be anccurate) and I still have not get my refund! When I emailed them asking for the progress, they simply replied me “ Please reach out to us in the next few days. It has been less than 21 day after your check out.” It’s just absurd.

The apartment is as described. I was pleasantly surprised by the comfort of the sofa/sleeper. It was centrally located as advertised. Something extremely important not mentioned is that this apartment sits on the 3rd floor and can only be accessed by taking a steep and narrow spiral staircase. This was something Im glad I've been training for...because I was traveling alone and had to drag 80 lbs of luggage up it. So unless you work out regularly or are traveling light beware. Also it should be known that this apartment is managed by a 3rd party and not an actual owner/host. Therefore you do not get the attentive treatment one might be accustomed to when choosing a vacation rental over a hotel. There was no guest book on site, rather when you have questions about operating the appliances they refer you to a guidebook online that contains no instructions or they send a link to the appliance manual and expect you to read it and figure it out. When request was made for the host to come by the apartment to quickly review the appliances I was told they had no staff. I was not able to figure out the indirect heat stove top and therefore couldn't cook and it took me days to figure out the front loader washer as I have a top loader at home and the wash cycles in the U.S. are different. So while the location was top notch the service was deplorable and I would not stay here again. Holiday Discoveries is the name of the hotel managing this property.

Almost great, but missing the mark
I’ll start by saying this. I checked out 17 days ago and I still have not received my damage deposit back. Anyway, about the place: It honestly is very cute. Looks just like the pictures. I didn’t touch any of the kitchen appliances, but they looked nice.*Why -1Star: Here are things that were not mentioned in the listing that I think are important:The apartment is 1.1 mile from the metro station. The apartment is on the 3rd floor, up a very tight and old winding staircase with wooden stairs that have worn very smooth and are quite slippery. For anyone with mobility issues, this would be a problem.The listing does say “steps away from the Eiffel Tower” but it is .9 miles to the Eiffel & you actually can not even see the tower from this property.Lastly, the listing says “extremely comfortable bedding”. And frankly, the bed was one of the worst I’ve ever slept on. Plenty of comfortable sofa beds out there, this isn’t one.I think losing 1 Star for all that is generous of me.The 2nd Star lost is because of property management. They let someone in to work on the sink while I was out one day, without informing me. I came back to a window being left wide open, and evidence that someone had been there. It totally freaked me out, and when I contacted them, they said “it’s no big deal, it was maintenance” Well, I think it was a big deal. There’s a lot more I would tell if I had more space. I’m not discouraging renters, just making sure they’re informed on what they’re getting.
