The Space:
Welcome to this superb, completely renovated apartment, ideally located a stone's throw from the Louvre! Perfectly arranged, it can accommodate up to four travelers.
The apartment includes:
• A living room: equipped with a convertible sofa bed for 2 people, a Smart TV, storage space and high-speed Wi-Fi access.
• A sleeping area: equipped with a Queen Size bed (160x200 cm) with extremely comfortable new bedding, a ceiling fan and storage space.
• An open equipped kitchen: oven, dishwasher, washing machine, hotplates, microwave, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, kitchen utensils, pots and pans.
• A dining area: designed to enjoy your meals comfortably.
• A bathroom: bathtub, hairdryer, soap and shampoo.
Sheets, towels, blankets and pillows are provided for the duration of your stay.

Bedding and towels provided: Quality sheets and towels are included for your comfort.
Professional cleaning service: The apartment will be impeccably cleaned before your arrival and after your departure.
If you require a fan, please let us know at least 72 hours in advance. We will be happy to provide one, subject to availability.
Family Services:
Baby crib and high chair: Available upon request with a 72-hour notice (subject to availability). Please note that baby linens are not provided.
Check-in and Check-out Times:
Check-in time: 3:00 PM.
Check-out time: No later than 11:00 AM.
Early check-in / Late check-out: Subject to availability, with confirmation 24 hours in advance and any applicable fees.
A concierge service will be available to provide you with the contact details of an agent who will hand over the keys and provide information about the apartment and the neighborhood.
Security Deposit:
A €250 deposit is required, payable online via SWIKLY by credit card. The deposit will be refunded from 21 business days after your departure, provided there are no damages.
Additional fees:
Key Management policy
Additional Key: This service is reserved only for stays of 15 days or more.
Do not leave the keys on the door or inside the apartment at any time.
Forgotten keys inside (requiring door opening): €80 fee.
Lost keys: €80 fee + cost of key replacement.
Keys not returned after check-out: Charged either the cost of key reproduction or, if necessary, the full cost of lock replacement — ranging from €100 to €2500, depending on the lock type.
Unauthorized Late Check-out: €90.
Cigarette Smell Detected After Your Stay: €450.
Responsibilities and Rules:
Neighborhood noise: Please respect the tranquility of the neighbors. Noise disturbances may result in deductions from the security deposit.
Internet Use:
Internet Access: Reproducing or displaying copyrighted works or browsing illegal websites is prohibited. Internet outages caused by telecom operators are not our responsibility.
Professional Use and Photography:
Photoshoots and Filming: No photoshoots, filming, or commercial use is allowed without prior approval. Please contact us for more information.
Minimum Age:
Reservations: The minimum age for booking is 21 years. Guests under 21 can only stay if accompanied by an adult 21 years or older. If this rule is not followed, access to the apartment will be denied with no refund.
