This very nice 35 sq. m apartment is situated on the 5th and last floor (without elevator) and includes :

- a bedroom with queen-size bed (160 cm) accessible by a steep staircase, not suitable for people with reduced mobility,
- a bathroom with shower,
- a nice and well-equipped kitchen (toaster, kettle, oven, micro-wave, hotplates, mixer, fridge, dish-washer),
- vacuum cleaner, hairdryer, ironing equipment,
- washing machine and dryer (accessible in a private room in the building),
- baby bed, baby bathtub,
- WiFi.

- Late check-in from 9 pm to 12 am: 25€
- Late check-in from 12 am to 6 am: 44€

In the heart of the 6th district of Paris and right by the beautiful Jardin du Luxembourg, you will be at the heart of the intellectual and cultural Paris, in the universities, theaters and literary cafés area. Numerous activities will be accessible on foot, and you will have the choice between a lot of museums, restaurants, bars or cafés. You will be able to access to the Panthéon, the Luxembourg museum, the Orsay museum or the Pont des Arts in 10 min by foot.
