Double bed (140 x 200 cm) with luggage storage space (height: 33 cm). Premium hybrid mattress with memory foam and latex for optimal support. Storage unit with four drawers and clothes rack. Smart TV with access to streaming platforms. Desk with lamp and chair. Bedside table/storage for duvets and cover, next to the bed—works as a table for a computer and bed lamp. Fan on cupboard facing bed.



3) Fully equipped kitchen with dining area and workspace:

Quiet fridge-freezer, dishwasher, convection oven, and two ceramic hobs. Microwave, kettle, filter coffee maker with thermos to keep coffee warm during the day, toaster, and manual dish rack.



4) Bathroom:

Spacious shower (please open the window after showering to avoid moisture on the roof window), electric water heater, heated towel rail. New washing machine with quick 15-minute cycle. Hairdryer (mirror socket available when LED lights are on). Mini fan heater for winter. Two towels provided per person: one for shower and one for everyday use.



5) Entrance:

Storage space for pillows on the TV table (self-service for the living room). Shopping trolley for supermarket trips.



6) Separate toilet with window and sliding door (leave door open when using it for more leg space; close living room curtain for privacy).
