Luxury 1000 sq. ft apartment on the 3rd floor of a building perfectly located in the very center of Paris right next to the Louvre Museum and the luxury Samaritaine. Notre-Dame Cathedrale is within walking distance.
The apartment comprises two double bedrooms with king size beds and two independent bathrooms, ideal for a family of four or for two couples. Ideally situated in the best part of town to discover Paris, the apartment is located in a very lively area with lots of restaurants, bars and shops.

The Space

The spacious and bright living-room has large windows that offer a very nice view on a quiet courtyard. It includes a comfortable sofa, a TV and a coffee-table. In the dining area, an exotic-wood dining table with designer chairs to enjoy your meals.

The master bedroom comprises a comfortable king size bed (160cm), a large mirrored wardrobe, and an office corner with desk/chair. The main bathroom is right next to the master bedroom.

The other bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower, and includes 2 individual beds (80cm) that can be attached together very easily to get a king size bed (160cm).

The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, a dishwasher, an induction hob, an oven, a micro-wave, a Nespresso coffee-maker, and an electric water boiler.

The apartment is equipped with high-speed internet Wi-Fi in all rooms, towels in both bathrooms, a washing machine, a dryer, a hair dryer, irons, a fan in each room, and an iPhone/iPod speaker.

Bathrooms do not entail toilets. There is an independent toilet in the flat, separated from the bathrooms.

The Neighbourhood

The apartment is located right in the center of the city (1st arrondissement).
Only 1-minute walk from the Louvre Museum and the shopping street Rue de Rivoli where the famous luxury Samaritaine shopping center is located. A short 5-minute walk to the Seine River and Notre Dame Cathedral on the Ile Saint-Louis.
15-minute walk from the Centre Georges Pompidou (National Museum of Modern Art) and many other museums (Picasso, Carnavalet, etc.).
The area is very lively with lots of restaurants, bars and shops. The apartment is very quiet though, as both the bedrooms are on small inner courtyards rather than street.
