Suite Jak is an 13 m2 apartment. It is located on the first floor of a building without an elevator, and has a bathroom with a toilet.

It is arranged as follows:
- Cosy main room with double sofa bed, TV and dining table
- Open-plan kitchen fully equipped with coffee, sugar and tea capsules
- Practical bathroom with shower gel kit, shampoo and hairdryer.
- Comfortable toilet in bathroom

- Hotplates, Microwave oven, Toaster, Nespresso machine
- Washing machine, Bed linen (sheets and blankets), 1 set of towels per person

Restaurants, bars and nightlife: The district is also rich in restaurants, cocktail bars and nightclubs.
