The Suite Durand is a large 18 m2 studio apartment. It has been designed to provide comfortable accommodation for 4 people. The property is located on the first floor of a secure building with no elevator.

The apartment is arranged as follows:

- Cosy living room with double sofa bed, TV and dining table.
- Open-plan kitchen, fully equipped with coffee, sugar and tea capsules.
- Cosy master bedroom with comfortable double bed.
- Modern bathroom including shower gel kit, shampoo, hairdryer.
- WC integrated into bathroom.

Amenities available in the apartment include:

- Fridge, Freezer, Iron, Ironing board, Large-screen TV, Free Wi-Fi.
- Hotplates, Microwave, Oven, Toaster, Nespresso machine, Kettle.
- Bed linen (sheets and blankets), 1 set of towels per person.
