It’s important to note that this accommodations are intended to ensure you have an unforgettable stay in the heart of Paris; however, please remember that it is prohibited to rent this apartment to host a party or any event that disturbs the neighborhood.



The Apartment



This apartment is ideally located in the Marais neighborhood. It’s ultra-modern thanks to its state-of-the-art amenities, yet traditional with its beautiful solid oak parquet flooring and exposed beams. this apartment will provide you with all the comfort you need to feel like a true Parisian in your cozy home.

Ideally located in the heart of Paris, just a short walk from the city’s major historic sites (the Marais, Place de la Bastille, Place des Vosges, Place de la République, Canal Saint-Martin, etc.) this apartment features a large, comfortable living room with a TV and two sofa beds that can each sleep two people, along with a very comfortable full-size bed.



A fully equipped kitchen with a stove, oven, refrigerator, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, dishes, etc...

A first bedroom with a double bed that sleeps 2 people, storage space, a TV, and plenty of natural light.



A second bedroom with a double bed that sleeps 2 people and storage space.



The bathroom is brand-new and equipped with a shower stall, a sink, and a toilet.

You’ll also have everything you need to stay connected to the world, including high-speed internet with free Wi-Fi and cable TV with all the major French channels and most international channels.

Located right in the heart of Paris, you’ll be just a few minutes away from the city’s most popular tourist attractions, including:

Access for Travelers



Guests will feel right at home; however, please remember that it is prohibited to rent this apartment to host a party, a dinner party with many guests, or any other event that would cause a disturbance to the neighbors. The specific rules to follow will be explained to you later. If these rules are not followed, we will be forced to terminate the rental immediately.



To welcome you under the best possible sanitary conditions, our apartment hotels are thoroughly cleaned and disinfected
