"We had a nice week in the house. Everything for our 2 year old child was in place. It was a bit cold, but we could use the pellet in the evening. And the terrase was perfect for the sunny hours. Close to beach and shops and playgrounds. All in all we would recommend this place to anybody else! Lærke, Denmark"

"Nous avons séjournées 3 nuits. La maison est sympathique, la cour encore plus mais il y a certaines modifications à faire dans l'annonce : - PAS DE PARKING il faut se garer dans la rue et cela peut être très longtemps.. (45 min) - 1 salle de bain et 2 WC (Pas de 2 salle de bains) De plus la salle de bain à besoin d'être bien mieu nettoyer... En particulier la baignoire et le tapis de douche. Pas d'eau chaude depuis Samedi malgré le nécessaire de Sebastian. À revoir mais dans l'ensemble...

"I thought I had booked an apartment in the suburbs and found myself in a beautiful house in a calm rurban setting. The house is clean, fresh and well-equipped. The beds look old but very comfortable. The kitchen was equipped with basic necessities such as salt, oil, and coffee filters. We were welcomed by a bottle of red and typical Mallorquin biscuits. The village of Son Sardina is nearby with grocery stoors and bakery."

"Der geräumige Garten und die vielen Zimmer ermöglichen es, dass man die Urlaubszeit bestmöglich miteinander verbringen kann. Eine Tischtennisplatte und ein Grill komplettieren die Gesamterscheinung. Das historisch eingerichtete Haus bietet ein hervorragendes Ambiente für den Urlaub mit der Großfamilie. Unsere fünf Kinder konnten sowohl spielen, die auch sich gegebenenfalls aus dem Weg gehen. ;) gelegenes Restaurant am Ende der Straße bietet lokale Kost, sowie Pizza und man konnte entspannt zu...

"My wife and I stayed here for a week for our Honeymoon in Mallorca. WE LOVED IT. The house was just great. Couches to lounge in and see the outdoors. Plenty of space to sit outside and enjoy the weather. Great bathroom. Host was fantastic. Just a text away and helped out if we ever needed anything. Lots of great food spots within a 15 minute walk. Beach just a 15 minute walk. Bus stops are literally outside the door. Quick and easy bus into Downtown Palma. We loved everything and will definitely...

"Lovely private outdoor space with plunge pool, with easy access from the functional kitchen. Loved the location, just outside the Old Town (15 min walk through a lovely park) and with a selection of local restaurants and bars to choose from. Very comfortable bed, and the (admirtedly tight) spiral staircase proved no challenge. Balbina was a very helpful host."

"The property is great, lovely gardens and pool. Some of the fittings are a bit dated eg dishwasher, bathrooms but overall just fine. We chose the villa for it's location - it's just about 15 mins by car for everywhere we needed. Our daughter got married whist we were away and it was ideal for the venue, Palma city and close to where friends and family were all staying. It was a little too close to the airport though and quite noisy at times (also depended on the wind direction) It didn't stop us...

"Vi har igen haft en dejlig ferie på Fontanella hotel. Venligt personale, og det er da skønt når der ligger en lille seddel med tak for drikke penge. Hotellet ligger dejligt og tæt på stand og spisesteder. Vi er glade for at have valgt en stor lejlighed, da vores søn og barnebarn fik lyst til at komme ned til os. Der var ingen problemer med at de måtte bo hos os. Jeg er sikker på vi kommer igen!"

"Good stay at the apartment. Close to bus stops, groceries, restaurants, and shopping. The only observation is their towels can use an upgrade as it is worn out, off white colour now. Other than that, a good and comfortable stay. "
