"We were in town for a family wedding and had a very comfortable stay! It was a luxury to have private parking waiting for us as street parking was full when we arrived close to midnight. Inside, there was lots of space to spread out with so many thoughtful details such as: umbrellas by the door, Brita water pitcher with new filter, Keurig coffee maker with assorted ground coffees, Dove soap bars in the bathrooms, quality hand soaps, air purifiers in every room, just to name a few! "As advertised. The host was very responsive, working with me on an issue with the listing. Well furnished and equipped apartment with an upstairs deck overlooking nice backyard. Would definitely rent again especially if we come back with a larger group. The apartment can easily accommodate four adults."

"Nathalie's apartment is a gem! It is a charming, light-filled place in a beautiful old brownstone, complete with a well equipped kitchen and a private back patio. It had plenty of room for our family of four. It is well maintained, and on a quiet street in a lovely neighbourhood, with good restaurants and shops easily accessible. The subway is a quick 8-minute walk away, and gets you to lower Manhattan in 20 minutes. We are already talking about coming back to stay here again. Thanks Nathalie!"

"Great place, tons of room, two washrooms is great for large groups, good location, good kitchen, comfortable beds. Only drawback is it would be great to get another couch or two in the common room. "
