"I hosted a group of ~a dozen of us for my husband’s birthday. The staff were amazingly welcoming and hospitable. We were picked up from the ferry in golf carts, whisked off to our tents and then enjoyed drinks on the deck - taking in the views of the Statue of Liberty and downtown. We hosted dinner at Three Peaks and everyone raved about the meal. The steak was top notch. We closed the night out around the campfire under the stars. Couldn’t have been better a better time and so worth it. "
"The hotel itself was very nice and modern, but I chose to stay here primarily for the free shuttle service as I had an early flight. I needed the shuttle at 4 am and no one came...the hotel staff could not get in touch with the driver which resulted in myself and 4 other guests waiting half an hour before they called a cab. I just barley made my international flight, and would not stay here again due to this experience. "
"I didn't like the small twin beds but it worked out for us. Also there needs to be a microwave in the rooms especially when after hours we can't use the dining area. "
"New hotel (2019), serviceminded staff, nice breakfast. Even though it's situated on Long Island just across the water from Manhattan it is just a few minutes on the subway to reach downtown Manhattan.
We were 3 in a room and only thing that could have been better was that 2 in one bed is manageable but just only. "
"Location really great, easy access to various subway stations and in no time you in Manhattan. Good size rooms and overall nice and clean. Don’t expect too much from the breakfast, but ok to start the day on. Plenty of restaurants in walking distance "

"Nice and clean rooms with relatively little noise given the location. Convenient for subway. Simple, but nice breakfast. Many smaller supermarkets close by and possibility of using microwave and eat own food for dinner in breakfast area. Safe parking (USD 20 per day)"

"Couldn’t use our credit cards. Had to try multiple cards because their reader didn’t work. Cleaning personal don’t speak English so when you e.g. ask for an extra blanket with sheet so both have one when sleeping they really didn’t understand what you tried to ask for. When I managed to get one they freaking took it away when cleaning the room and I had to go through all the explanation again to get on again. Holy moly. Clear the couldn’t think for them self. If you remove 2x blankets and sheets while cleaning - how many new ones do you think the customer want?!?!?? (Huge test!).
…and then very bad neighborhood. But that’s not the hotels fault. I should just have checked that out.

All in all the hotel fits my needs perfectly.
I am though getting annoyed with the fact that they don’t really offer housekeeping.
Even though I have asked for it on the last three stays, it happens once every three days after I re-remind the staff. "
