Overall, the resort is really nice! The atmosphere is great, the pool is spacious and perfect for families with kids, and the location is convenient if you’re visiting the theme parks.
However, our check-in experience was a bit frustrating. We never received any check-in instructions, and when we arrived, we found out our reservation had been deleted due to a system error. Thankfully, Expedia was able to work with the resort to resolve the issue, and we even received a room upgrade, which we appreciated!
My biggest concern was the security. We noticed that anyone could easily walk onto the resort property without needing a keycard or any sort of verification. Unfortunately, during our stay, we had an incident involving an unfamiliar individual who approached and harassed my family on the property. It was definitely unsettling and made us question how secure the resort really is.
Overall, it’s a nice resort with great amenities, but I do think security could be improved to help guests feel safer. It’s definitely something I would take into consideration before booking again.
