Guest Access: Designated guest FREE parking a few ft/meters to your front door. Keyless coded entry to your apartment makes check-in easy at any time of the day or night. The property owners/managers live on site - your property is located separate from main house for your maximum privacy.
Newly remodeled kitchen includes everything you need to prep meals on site - an induction 4 burner cook top, microwave, toaster oven/air fryer and full sized fridge. Included is a Keurig for morning coffees outside on the covered patio or in the privacy of your outdoor private garden. If you prefer an individual French press coffee or loose leaf tea with infuser is also available.

***Reservation requests by guests with 4 or less overall positive reviews and/or by anyone 25yo or younger will NOT be accepted. Proof of age with govt issued ID may be requested/required for reserv acceptance.
***Reservation requests by a guest booking for another individual when the booking guest will not be staying on property will be subject to the following conditions: $500 refundable sec deposit paid in full 7 days in advance of check in, govt issued photo ID of actual guest(s) staying on property submitted to host, and a full explanation of who the actual guest(s) will be and why the booking guest is opting out. Any guest reservation found to be in violation of these terms will be asked to leave immediately, reservation terminated on the spot, and no refund given. Please understand that these new conditions are now in place to protect our property for your future comfort and enjoyment. Please also understand this Guest house is on the same property as our own house and the house rules are in place for everyone’s overall safety.
***Unapproved late check out*** due to the high turnover rate of the Guesthouse, late checkouts must be approved in advance. Failure to do so will result in late fees incurred. 20mins = $50, 30mins = $75, first hour = $150, each subsequent portion of an hour thereafter = $200/hr.

-Please wash all dirty dishes before checkout and let air dry next to sink
-Stay on guest designated side of the Guest House (bamboo fencing divider) if outdoors
-Please don’t rearrange the furniture (inside or outside)
-Use coasters when setting drinks down.
-No smoking or vaping inside Villa. Smoking permitted on private patio/courtyard
-Place all trash in the trash cans.
