The Space:

You ease into a quiet Orlando neighborhood where tree-lined streets set the tone for a relaxed stay, then step inside a thoughtfully refreshed tiny home that feels calm and inviting. Natural light fills the space as you settle in, whether you’re winding down after a day out or starting a slow morning with coffee. Here, you’re close to the city’s energy but comfortably removed from the rush.



The space

This tiny home has been completely remodeled from top to bottom and carries a modern vibe with a mid century modern twist. An open layout connects the living, dining, and kitchen areas, creating an easy flow for everyday living. Large windows brighten the interior, and air conditioning keeps the space comfortable throughout your stay. The living area includes a Smart TV with streaming services for relaxed evenings indoors.



Kitchen and dining

The kitchen is set up for guests who enjoy cooking while away. You’ll find a full kitchen with space to prepare meals, plus a coffee maker ready for mornings at home. Bar seating at the countertop offers a simple spot to dine, work, or plan the day before heading out.



Sleeping arrangements

The home includes 1 bedroom with 1 bed and accommodates up to 3 guests. Bed linens, extra pillows, and blankets are provided to make settling in easy.



Bathroom and laundry

The renovated bathroom is designed to be functional and comfortable, with bathroom essentials and fresh towels provided. A free washer and dryer are located in the unit, making longer stays more convenient.



Outdoor living

Step outside to a private, fully fenced backyard that feels like a small retreat of its own. The patio is set up for outdoor dining, and the space is well suited for enjoying mild Orlando weather during the day or quieter evenings under the string lights.



Location

The home sits in College Park, close to Winter Park Village, downtown Orlando, and nearby cultural spots like the Science Center and Museum of Art. Theme parks including Disney World and Universal Studios are within an easy drive, while restaurants, breweries, and neighborhood streets are just moments away.



Access and extras

You’ll have a private entrance with self check-in via smart lock, free parking on premises, and free street parking. WiFi, a dedicated workspace in a common area, and a single-level layout round out the stay, offering comfort whether you’re visiting for work, leisure, or a mix of both.

Other Things to Note:

The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness.



A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. The available options depend on the length of your stay:

-For 1-Night Reservations: Guests are required to provide a $250 refundable security deposit. This is a pre-authorized hold (not a charge) that is released following a damage-free inspection after checkout.

-For Reservations of 2 Nights or More: Guests may choose between the $250 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (capped at a maximum of $100). This waiver covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear.



Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300.



It is a self-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room we provide enough detergent pods for UP TO two (2) loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge. There is a coffee maker, however coffee is not. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, please let us know immediately upon check in so we can arrange restocking.
