- Studio STU configuration features a highly functional kitchenette (including a mini-refrigerator, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, and dining/beverage sets). Please note that standard Studio units do not include a full-size stove, oven, or dishwasher.

- Guest Laundry Facilities: Complimentary token-operated washers and dryers are conveniently located in guest buildings throughout the resort property.

- Physical Structural Notice: Please note that standard Studio (STU) units at this property are designed with large windows for natural light but do not feature private step-out balconies or enclosed patios.

[b]HOUSE RULES / POLICIES[/b]

- Check-In Age & Identification: The primary guest registered on the reservation must be a minimum of 18 years of age at check-in. You must present a valid government-issued photo ID and a matching credit card upon arrival. Standard check-in begins at 4:00 PM.

- Incidental Hold Deposit: An incidental security deposit pre-authorization hold of $100.00 will be placed on your credit card at arrival. This temporary hold is fully released after departure following a standard room inspection, subject to your bank's standard processing timelines.

- Mandatory Daily Resort Charge: Stays are subject to a mandatory resort fee ranging from $35.00 to $39.38 per night, plus a local 12.5% tax. This fee is collected directly by the resort and covers amenities including high-speed guest Wi-Fi, unlimited DVD rentals, local phone calls, and 2 daily cups of Starbucks coffee or bottles of water.

- On-Site Self-Parking Fee: Secure, open-air surface lot self-parking is available for $10.00 per vehicle, per day (plus 6.5% tax). This fee includes full in-and-out privileges. Valet parking is completely unavailable at this property.

- Potential Timeshare Exchange Fee: If your booking is placed as a short stay (less than 7 nights) explicitly through a timeshare exchange points network (such as RCI), a localized housekeeping fee of $46.80 may be applied to your Studio reservation at check-in.

- Strict No Smoking Policy: This is a strictly 100% smoke-free property. Smoking is entirely prohibited inside rooms, near public resort corridors, or within outdoor spaces. A deep-cleaning sanitation penalty fee of $250.00 will be strictly assessed for any violations.

- Early Checkout Fee: If you choose to shorten your stay and depart before your originally scheduled checkout date, an Early Departure fee equal to 100% of a 1-night room rate plus taxes will apply.

- Late Check-out Fees: Standard check-out is strictly at 10:00 AM. Late check-out requests are subject to availability and require prior front desk approval. Departures between 10:00 AM and 2:00 PM will incur a flat fee of $75.00. Any departures after 2:00 PM will be charged a late checkout fee equal to 100% of the room rate.

- Service Animals Only: Only legally designated ADA service animals are permitted on-site. Traditional pets are strictly prohibited, and bringing an unauthorized pet onto the premises will trigger deep-cleaning and violation penalties.

- Activity Hours: Seasonal swimming pool, hot tub, and sports court schedules vary based on daylight hours, resort operations, and weather conditions.

[b]IMPORTANT NOTICE:[/b]

All our luxury resorts use a system called Allocate Upon Arrival which means the actual suite you will be assigned to is given upon check-in. These photos are a combination of all the different suites on site. If you have a floor, unit or building number that you would like to stay in, please do not hesitate to ask. The full-time on-site reservation check-in staff is happy to do their best to accommodate your request. Please note since we do not place you in an exact unit and this is done by the front desk staff, we cannot guarantee the requests, but will do our best to make sure they are accommodated. If your reservation is more than 4 nights you may be assigned to a new suite for housekeeping purposes. Keeping our suites up to luxury standard is our top priority.

The person checking in must be 18 years of age (or older). With this notion, please prepare a VALID ID and credit card in your name. A $100 Pre-Authorization from any major credit card upon checking in is required. After purchase you will receive an email confirmation showing your name on the reservation as the guest checking in within 14 days of check in date. Please bring a valid form of Picture ID. However, if you would like to change the name of the person checking in after you have provided this information, there will be a $99.00 name change fee and $129 on the day of check in. Any damages will be charged upon check-out.
