🚭 No Smoking Indoors — $2,500 fine plus costs for odor removal.

🗑️ Trash & Recycling: Please use proper bins — $1,000 cleaning fee if ignored.

🎉 No Parties or Events: $150 fine; guests may be asked to vacate without refund.

🧳 Late Check-out Fee: $150 (after 10:00 AM without prior approval).

🐾 Pet Hygiene: Please keep pets clean and well-maintained inside the property. Any pet waste or urine indoors is not permitted — $150 fee plus any additional cleaning or damage repair costs.

• Community has a security gate; all drivers must be registered before check-in.

• Overflow parking is not permitted.
