The place is OK, but I faced issues with the host. I arrived at the property around 3am and the code they provided did not work. I ended up staying in a different hotel that night because nobody would respond before 9am. The following day I got another wrong code, but finally they sent an "alternative code" that worked. I understand this kind of things can happen, but the way they managed was really poor. They offered to reimburse only a little bit more than 50% of the average price per night that I paid, and also less that what I had to paid for the 2-stars hotel I found at 4am... That was infuriating... the argument they used was related to the net income they had for that night (even going as far as deducting the Expedia fee). At the end the point is simple: things can go wrong, but they underdelivered big time on the way of managing that situation.
