Near all theme parks and across the street from EPIC Universe, Universal studio’s new theme park. Walk to the convention center and International Drive. Our home has been professionally decorated and designed, and is equipped with everything to make your stay in Orlando the most enjoyable experience possible. This stylishly furnished vacation home has many small personal touches and amenities that will make your stay like a home away from home.

THE SPACE
A spacious light, open-plan living room features a cozy seating area, 55” Smart TV , open plan dining for 6, bar seating for 3 and arguably the best view on the resort! Overlooking the main pool and Lake Cay with seasonal fireworks from across the lake. In the den, just off the kitchen there is a good size desk and a sleeper sofa for extra guests. Prepare breakfast or a gourmet meal in our well equipped, modern, open kitchen with granite breakfast bar. The penthouse is south east facing with sunrise from the balcony and seasonal fireworks just across the lake at SeaWorld and the Ritz Carlton. A full size washer and dryer in the unit means you can pack light and have room for outlet shopping!

You will love the sumptuous principle suite with super comfy plush top king bed, 55" TV, overhead fan, walk-in closet, and huge en-suite bathroom with oversized soaking tub and large walk in shower. We are super excited that the new Epic Universe Theme Park has opened across the street. However, the new park has brought a lot of growth to the area, and there are several construction projects around our resort. We want to be transparent about this and have also discounted the rate to compensate.

We provide you with a Digital Guest Guide packed with information for the condo, resort, and the area. This will be sent with your arrival information and there is also a QR code that is located in the flyer on the kitchen wall.

LOCATION
Vista Cay is a gated resort community in the best possible location, in Orlando, Florida. We are just a short walk to the Orlando Convention Center, and only minutes to all the local attractions such as Disney World, Universal Studios, Discovery Cove, and Sea World. We are on Universal Boulevard and Destination Parkway, across the street from the new EPIC Universe, Universal studio’s new theme park, and one block away from International Drive. Orlando International Airport is 15 minutes away, and we have world class shopping at the Mall of Millenia, Florida Mall, and Premium Outlet Malls, just 10 minutes away. We are also surrounded by all kinds of restaurants including 5-star dining. Next to the property in Lake Cay Commons, a shopping plaza with a large supermarket (Publix), UPS store, Universal liquor store, Dunkin Doughnuts, Universal Day Spa and Massage, City Nails and Spa of Orlando, Barber Shop, and several restaurants.
