So let me explain the good, the bad, and the ugly. For starters, the house is absolutely beautiful. There is a putting green, a koi pond, a guest house, hot tub, pool and pool table, stand up paddle, and kitchen amenities. It feels like it's got everything. It's also gated in and the neighbors all seem like cool people. They are also finishing up a bocce ball court I think and the fire pit was a nice touch. Now, there was a house right when we turned onto the Street that gave me concern, but honestly it was never an issue the entire time we were there. It was like once we got on property, we could have been in the middle of the Bahamas for all we knew.
It's great to be this close to downtown, too. It was less than 10 minutes. We had 10 adults and 6 kids and this house was tht perfect size for that group. I did see some trash in the lake, but I'm not really sure what you can do about that?
All in all I was very impressed. This seems to be the only house close to downtown that can comfortably sleep this many people. The best part though was definitely the fact that we just had a great time on the property, it felt like we would have enough things to do for a couple days without ever leaving if we wanted .
