We stayed here for 12 days and had a mix of positives and negatives.The home was spacious and fit our family well. Most bedrooms were large and the beds were very comfortable. The location was great, close to Disney with Uber rides around 20 each way. The community amenities were a highlight: the pool area was clean, fun, and had great food and drinks. There also was also a nice dog-friendly green space nearby.However, several issues impacted our stay. The kitchen was very minimally equipped and not suitable for cooking family meals, so we had to purchase many additional items. The patio blinds fell when we opened them, and many appeared to be held up with tape. The patio furniture was in poor condition, including a broken chair, a ripped lounge chair, and another with a cigarette burn.Inside, one bedroom TV did not work, the stair carpet was extremely dirty, so much that we didn’t want to walk on it without shoes/slippers. The ice maker was broken. The pool heater and hot tub also did not work (we did receive a partial refund from management), which was disappointing.Overall, we were not satisfied with this property and would not recommend it. That said, we truly enjoyed the community and its amenities and would consider staying in a different home in the same area in the future.
