Conveniently located in the East Park neighborhood of Lake Nona - between Dowden Road, Narcoossee Road, Moss Park Road and the 417 Greenway in the prestigious Lake Nona area of South East Orlando. East Park enjoys three convenient entrance/exit locations into/out of the community off of Narcoossee Road, on Dowden and Moss Park Road. This makes it easy for commuters jumping on the 417 Greenway into downtown Orlando, North Orlando and South Orlando as well as for accessing all of the restaurants and shopping within the Lake Nona Area. Most attractions are 20- 25 minutes away including Disney World, Universal, and water parks.

The property consists of the front portion of the home with private 2 bedrooms. Each bedroom has one queen size bed. One full bathroom with a shower, great room, living room, dining area, laundry room, dishwasher, refrigerator and microwave. Virginia, owner, lives in the back of the property. The house and back yard are not shared spaces. Virginia has her own patio space.

This 2 bedroom home sleeps a family of 4 with two queen size beds. The home is equipped with a fully stocked kitchen including pots, pans, utensils, plates, dish soap, paper towel, large and small appliances, etc; Laundry room; living room with flat screen TV and basic cable; and reliable and fast wifi.

Our vacation home is pet friendly and the back yard is completely fenced. Candles, incense or diffuser with essential oils is prohibited.
