You get almost what you pay for.
The property might be okay for a larger number of people looking for a bargain. The property is fairly old with some updating. The master bedroom is a pretty good size, but the other two are very small, as were the two bathrooms. We asked for the check-in details the day before we arrived, but the owner wouldn't provide them until the day of. There are 4 TVs. One didn't work at all and we couldn't get a good signal on the others. On most channels the picture kept breaking up. The only thing that saved us was that I was able to hook my computer to the TV in the living room. Just 3 towels were provided and no hand towels. The water didn't get very hot and had a funny taste. Supplies were fairly minimal. For example, no trash bags were provided. Communication with the owner was not the best. The location is fairly convenient but not in the best neighborhood. A neighbor told us that previous renters had the same issues as us.
