Sleeping arrangements

Two spacious bedrooms each feature a queen bed, offering plush, restful nights for up to four guests. Soft linens and blackout curtains create a serene environment, perfect for recharging after theme‑park adventures or a night out in town.

The comfy living area centers around a large sofa and a flat‑screen TV, ideal for movie nights or catching up on favorite shows. A single, well‑appointed bathroom provides all the essentials for a fresh start each morning.



Kitchen & dining

A full kitchen comes stocked with standard appliances, cookware, and dishes, allowing you to prepare anything from a quick breakfast to a family dinner. Adjacent, spacious outdoor dining areas let you enjoy meals al fresco, surrounded by the subtle buzz of the neighborhood.

Getting Around:

The neighborhood it’s popular for its walkability, also boasts easy access to parks like Lake Ivanhoe and Dubsdread Golf Course adding to its appeal​ and making it great for outdoor enthusiasts. Additionally, it’s located near downtown Orlando, offering easy access to urban amenities while retaining a suburban feel.



Other Things to Note:

The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness.



A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. The available options depend on the length of your stay:

-For 1-Night Reservations: Guests are required to provide a $250 refundable security deposit. This is a pre-authorized hold (not a charge) that is released following a damage-free inspection after checkout.

-For Reservations of 2 Nights or More: Guests may choose between the $250 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (capped at a maximum of $100). This waiver covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear.



Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300.



It is a self-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room we provide enough detergent pods for UP TO two (2) loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge. There is a coffee maker, however coffee is not. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, please let us know immediately upon check in so we can arrange restocking.
