"We had an issue, but it was not with the rental. It was the neighbors next door. Their sprinkler system sprayed water onto our patio. They must have turned it on and left their property because the sprinklers drenched our patio from around 3pm on friday to around noon on Saturday. Thus, we were not able to use the patio, to include the hot tub, Friday night."

"The host communicated with quick responses to any questions we had. Check in went smoothly. The kitchen was equipped with all the needed amenities. We were missing a spatula utensil and notified the host and a 2 brand new ones were delivered to the house immediately. The 2 En-suite bedrooms were large and very comfortable. The other 2 bedrooms had 2 twin beds in each room which was great for extra guests with a shared full bathroom. The pool was very clean and enjoyable. The neighborhood...

"Had some confusion with the address but the host was super quick to respond, apologize, and fix the problem. Great location. Super cute rooms. Clean. Host had lots of essentials already at the house for us. Any question or concern we had was responded to quickly and thoroughly. "

"House was ok condition very large with 7 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms, it definitely needs a deep cleaning and house needs updates. It served the purpose for our stay since we spent most of our time at the amusement parks. Some of the furniture was worn down and broken. I let the owner and property manager know immediately. Pool was functioning but needed water added almost everyday. The area is very nice and quiet. "
