"Our Host, John, was very responsive prior to our arrival and once we were on site. Check-in was simple & smooth. Our accomodations were Excellent. Very Clean (even my wife was impressed) And Very comfortable. Bath towels were Luxurious as was the Bed and many layers of blankets as it was a bit chilly during our stay. John was Great and our stay was really First Rate. I will stay here again & again when in Asheville. Thank You John for such a positive experience."

"Host was great and helpful The verbo was the top floor of a house. We had a separate entrance up some outside stairs. There was off street parking for our car. The place was clean and comfortable. The heating in the place was oil filled plug in space heaters and we were concerned about being warm enough but we were plenty warm. I was relieved that the host uses scent free laundry detergent. I had brought sheets just in case (I have chemical sensitivity) but it was so nice not to have to deal...

"The apartment could use a few things: dish soap, dishwashing soap, trash can (trash bags were provided but no can), hand towel in the bathroom, sheet and blanket for the bed, instructions for the amenities listed in listing such as the gym, WiFi. The floors and nightstand were sticky. "
