Cozy Cave DOWNTOWN with Garden and Mountain View’s

We have a GERM GUARDIAN air purifier helping to kill airborne viruses, bacteria and mold spores, amongst other things! I couldn’t be happier. We ventilate the space before, during, and after cleaning. We clean and disinfect all surfaces, paying special attention to frequently touched surfaces. We vacuum and mop the floors. Shower mats are washed between guests. We have always taken pride in the way that we clean and have further enhanced such cleaning because we want you to feel safe to relax and enjoy your stay with us! This beautiful customized studio is adorned with a wood slab bathroom vanity and office space, a unique rock wall and original outside wood wall. Creative touches throughout the space. Both charming and classy. Super clean and equipped with a shared laundry room and big bathroom. The kitchenette has everything you could need to feel at home when you're away from home, including a beautiful customized concrete countertop. It is equipped with a small refrigerator, hot plate, toaster oven, microwave and a coffee maker (coffee and creamer also provided). Hulu streaming is available and will be logged in via Roku and mounted flat screen TV. You are welcome to choose from a variety of other streaming channels to log in with your own personal account. Just don’t forget to log out! What else could you need?! :) Plenty of privacy with a separate entrance. Beautiful French doors let in lots of light and allow guests to enjoy the fresh air on nice days. Outside space with table and chairs for guests to relax the day away. Lots of space on this double lot on our small mountain leaves you feeling away from it all even though you're merely minutes from downtown. We are super convenient to grocery stores and tons of restaurants downtown. Porch swing and other outside seating. Beautiful fire pit area available for guest use. Suitable for two adults; children are welcome as well although the space is not child proof and I don't have separate sleeping arrangements.

This space is one of two rentals on the lower level of my home. Each rental has a private entrance on either side of the house and my entrance is at the front of the house so privacy coming and going is not an issue. If this space does not fulfill your needs please check out my other listing.
