"Our stay at StayAPT was nothing like the description provided. The facility needs significant improvement in cleanliness and maintenance. The carpets were old, dirty, and dusty, making the room feel unkempt. The staff was generally unprofessional, with the exception of the manager/supervisor, who was helpful and courteous. "It was clean. It was well located within the city even if it is beside the highway. It is incredibly noisy and after being woken up multiple times despite exhaustion, a sound machine, and a second ambient noise machine, I asked to be moved and considered myself lucky to be moved to the other side of the building on a low floor. I really should have just left. There is no elevator, no laundry, no coffee machine in the room. Items were not necessarily cleaned and I found old fruit in a bowl left...
