Moteller i Archdale

"I was asked to overlook the room, afterwards I find roaches, brown shower water, and no toilet paper or garbage can. This place is also inhabited by low income renters (no shade) but the drugs and loitering is insane."

"There were roaches in the room. During a trip from Georgia to Raleigh, NC, our alternator unexpectedly failed at 3 a.m., and we limped into the hotel parking lot. We spent the night while Firestone in Thomasville, NC, kindly replaced the alternator. Unfortunately, we could not get a clear estimate for when the car would be ready. The hotel front desk insisted on payment for another night. Thanks to one of the housekeepers, we were able to check out later with two people and a service dog,...

"The best thing was how gracious the front end staff were in helping us cancel the reservation and get most of our money back. The person staying there just had neck surgery and they needed a clean place to stay Greensboro for two weeks while they recuperated and back-and-forth seeing doctors and stuff we thought this place would be OK but as soon as the person who was saying there arrived and went up to the room- They said they almost threw up and felt like gagging . There was mold everywhere....

"I have no clue as to the cleanliness or comfort of the property. Nowhere in my booking were office hours posted. I arrived at 11:00pm and was first told by the young man at the counter that they were fully booked. When I told him that I had a reservation, he then told me that they were closed. I have NEVER stayed at a hotel where there wasn't someone either in person or via video available for late checking or overnight guest assistance."
